	Direct support from the Directors & Founders of LadyZone - not a Franchise Manager. Because of this franchisees can have total confidence that the people responsible for setting up their business not only have the necessary experience and knowledge but also a personal interest in the success of each and every franchise.
	Help with locating your site including finding a suitable building.
	Guidance through the often difficult planning consent procedure.
	Your personal business plan and cashflow forecasts to help access sufficient capital or to aid with property and equipment leasing.
	Help with your property lease including very important lease negotiation.
	All equipment and resources at already negotiated best prices.
	Help to interview and find good staff.
	Training for yourself (and business partner) including running the business, management, sales and fitness instructing in a LadyZone circuit.
	Training for your staff including sales and fitness instructing in a LadyZone circuit.
	All marketing material and winning strategies. This includes all signage including imagery, stationery, brochures, membership sales aids, DVDs, proven advertisements and so on.
